Information for all Exhibitor Tables

 

Happy Hour:

Wednesday and Thursday night we will host a Happy Hour for you to network and socialize with our customer attendees, other exhibitors, and our Auto/Mate team members. (Exhibitor Sponsorship only)

Raffle Prize Game:

There will be a raffle prize game where customer attendees will be rewarded for visiting all exhibitor tables. Each will have a game card that will list all exhibitors with a place for you to sign off on to confirm that the attendee visited your table. After an attendee has visited all exhibitor tables, they will be able to submit their card for a chance to win one of our great raffle prizes. Also, if you signed up to have a raffle prize at the event, please don’t forget to ship it to the hotel or bring it with you. (Exhibitor Sponsorship only)

Exhibitor Area:

The exhibitor area will be in the space outside the main classroom and breakout rooms and will accessible by attendees on Thursday from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST and Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. CST. Attendee registration will also take place in the Vanderbilt pre-function space.

Exhibitor Registration and Table Set Up:

Open Wednesday, October 21 from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST in the Vanderbilt pre-function space. If alternate setup time is needed due to travel plans, please contact Jessica Joralemon-Syron at [email protected]. All tables must be complete no later than Thursday, October 22 by  7 a.m. CST Exhibitor tear down will start Friday, October 23 at 1 p.m CST and must be complete by 3 p.m. CST.

Exhibitor Table Details:

(6’ x 30” table, tablecloth, 2 chairs, 8.5″ x 11″ table sign, wastepaper basket) + 2 registrations for company representative (includes Wednesday’s Happy Hour, Thursday’s breakfast, lunch, and happy hour and Friday’s breakfast for each person). Please include the names of your two company representatives who will be attending the event with your exhibitor booth information when registering. If you do not know at that time, please let us know by Sept. 1, 2020. Please also confirm which name(s) and contact information you would like to appear in the printed agenda by Sept. 1, 2020.

A third company representative is not included, but can be added to registration for $150 each.

Any additional exhibitor accommodations must be approved in advance by Auto/Mate User Summit staff and will be at the cost of the exhibitor. All signage must fit within your 6’ table booth space. Please make sure to bring your own cables, extension cords, power strips, etc.

Exhibitor Spotlight:

Each exhibitor will be featured in an Exhibitor Spotlight Session. Exhibitors will have 2-5 minutes for a quick company intro during the Auto/Mate session, will be mentioned in other related Auto/Mate sessions and can invite attendees to their booth. More details to come!
