Hotel Shipping Information

The hotel will not accept packages for the event until 3 days prior to the event. If needed, the hotel will store any items before the 3 day mark at $25++ per standard size box and $75++ per large tote/crate/bin.

Exhibitor items can arrive at the venue no earlier than 3 days in advance (October 18, 2020). Exhibitor is responsible for shipping, tracking and moving items to exhibitor area and to notify venue of shipment. Auto/Mate User Summit is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
