- What can a Daily Operating Control (DOC) do you for you?
Along with it’s ability to show on your dashboard, a DOC can help you quickly see not only the current month’s activity but also trend back to previous months. Want to have a separate DOC per department? Or a DOC just for your expenses? No problem! Since our DOCs are easy to create, many dealers have multiple that run on a regular basis. Auto/Mate is currently working on a new vehicle invoice and retail delivery reporting integration with Honda. We are also continuing work on our new desking feature. This feature will give you the ability to quote your customers multiple options for both finance and lease deals all in one screen.
FIXED OPERATIONS SUPPORT:
- Did You Know?
When running Parts End of Day you now have the ability to archive your reports for future reference. In Program 3, rather than choosing ESC to Process/Print your EOD reports, you can now choose F5 Process/Print Preview EOD. This will open your reports in a PDF format so you can save them to a file before printing. Visit Info/Mate under the Parts tab for complete documentation on this and all the latest Auto/Mate updates.
