Auto/Mate has been a place for me to learn and grow as a new developer. Since starting my first software development job out of college, I have found it easy to learn from and connect with developers on any team at Auto/Mate. Those relationships create a welcoming environment for young developers to build on their skill set.
What I appreciate about the culture at Auto/Mate is that they truly utilize the strengths that each employee brings to the table. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to develop a great rapport with many of our clients and even attend user summits which allow me to further enhance my business knowledge. I can learn firsthand from our end users what works well and identify opportunities for improvement.
I'm thrilled to work in an environment where everyone's voice is heard. Collaboration with teammates is helping us to move our software in a positive direction, which directly benefits our customers. It's nice to write code that's used in a dealership the next day, actually making a difference in our customer's life.
Every day when you come to work it’s always to meet a new challenge, and the people you work with are right there by your side, supporting you every step of the way. We learn from and teach each other all the time.
