Auto/Mate Named a Top Workplace by The Times Union

Auto/Mate has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Times Union. The recognition marks the ninth year Auto/Mate has been named a top workplace by the paper.

The Times Union’s Workplace Award reviews employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures fifteen drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

In the survey, respondents noted Auto/Mate’s benefits, including a company-sponsored wellness program, in-house gym, casual dress code, commitment to community, visiting food trucks, company events and outings.
