Auto/Mate Customers Acquire Tools and Resources for Success at User Summit in San Antonio
More than 100 Auto/Mate customers attended the fifth annual User Summit in San Antonio. This year’s User Summit was our most successful to date, spanning three days and offering a variety of educational workshops, presentations and training sessions. The summit was held Oct. 11-13 at the Hilton Palacio del Rio on the San Antonio Riverwalk, a beautiful facility at a picturesque location that all of our attendees raved about.
Auto dealership employees and managers from all over the U.S. attended the User Summit. We even had a dealer come from as far as Alaska!
Nineteen of Auto/Mate’s team members were on site to host the event. Based on customer feedback, some of the more popular sessions included:
Keynote speaker Lisa Copeland’s presentation on “Outwitting Fear: Mastering the 7 Principles of Fearless Success”
It Pays to Know What’s New: Getting the Most out of Auto/Mate’s Payroll Feature
Town Hall question and answer session with our very own Ken Rock
Cracking the Code: Behind the Scenes with the Dev Team
Hosted happy hours, breakfasts and lunches
One of the highlights of the User Summit was “Family Feud” hosted by Customer Success Managers Dave Vickers and Jennifer Jones, as well as Product Knowledge Expert Steve Garzone. Contestants answered questions about Auto/Mate’s products and won prizes donated by exhibitors.
The days were filled with programs designed to give our customers the tools and resources they need to make their jobs easier and their dealerships more successful. The evenings were filled with dining and entertainment options close to the hotel along the Riverwalk, and many of our customers managed to fit in sightseeing trips to the Alamo and other local landmarks.
We’d would like to express a big thank you and appreciation to all of our sponsors and exhibitors that helped to make the User Summit possible, including 700 Credit, AIB, CarFax, DealerOps, etfile, Great America, OneView, RouteOne, Scan123 and Darwin Automotive.
We hope to see even more of our customers at next year’s User Summit!
