I truly enjoy going to work every day. My coworkers are an extension of my family. Being a car person I know the pains the dealership has on a daily basis and I enjoy supporting our customers with a great product to help make their lives easier and their businesses more successful. I am very fortunate to be involved with such a great company.
Besides working for the best company I get to work with an exceptional group of people. We work hard, we have fun, and we take care of our customers. Auto/Mate knows how to treat their employees and they do it because they care.
At Automate we strive to be the best and are always looking for better solutions for our customer. I’ve never had the chance to work with a group of people that not only listen to my idea’s, but then determine strategies to make them a reality. When I come across a problem where I don’t know what to do, I always know I have our support team behind me to back me up.
Realistically we all spend most of our time at work. I consider work one big family: we share together, cry together, celebrate together and even sometimes fight (but always make up). But at the end of the day what I love the most is that we are all driven by the same vision - to provide excellent products and service to our customers.
My favorite thing about working at Auto/Mate is the bonds made between the employees and our customers. Over the past several years I have met and worked with some of the best people. We have all learned a lot from each other and that helps all of us continue to grow in a positive direction.
