- Year end materials will be posted around mid-December to assist our customers with general items such as W2 Processing, 1099 Processing, 2013 Tax information, and 13th month financial statements. Check out Info/Mate (pictured below) for materials!

- All 2013 financial statement changes are under way. A booklet of changes will be posted by end of December for assistance in understanding your manufacturer’s changes.
- Watch for exciting Accounts Payable enhancements with our upcoming release! By popular demand, a new program will be available to create an EFT disbursement.
FIXED OPERATIONS:
- As End of Year approaches, many dealers perform Physical Inventories. Check out Info/Mate (pictured below) for job aids to help you through the process. You can also request them by emailing [email protected] or calling our support line at 800-371-3970.
- Coming Soon! Auto/Mate is currently developing the ability to auto-assign Miscellaneous Charges, including Pay Type and Labor Rate, to a specific Labor Operation. Keep checking Info/Mate (pictured below) under the Service Merchandising Documentation and Parts Inventory Documentation for the latest updates!
