We have taken several measures to ensure the health of our employees and our dealers that comprise the Auto/Mate ‘Ohana. For the time being, our team is not conducting onsite dealer visits and they’ve begun to work from home. Luckily, we’ve put the technology and processes in place to support this years ago and our proactiveness is certainly paying off.
With this said, the world-class support and the frequent free software upgrades our customers have come to know and love will not be impacted by this arrangement. Our team of dealership experts are still available to you via phone and email, as well as our new support case submission process within the DMS.
